Quashnet River Solar Powered PIT Antenna

Solar panels help reduce labor involved in maintaining these systems.  Before solar panels, Mass Wildlife technicians had to visit each of seven stations regularly to replace failing 12 volt batteries with freshly charged batteries several times per month.
